  11. Here in Australia we are about to get a second Telephone company 
  12. serving local calls. so the best way for us will be Financial 
  13. pressure. If they TIC you off just change servers.
  14.     Soon we will be getting fibre optic cables (Primarily for 
  15. cable T.V but also for all forms of communications) then we shall 
  16. experience noise free ultra fast connections...Well I'll believe it 
  17. when it happens(If a middle income earner can afford that is..)
